A gorgeous and fully updated Hermosa Duplex just 4 blocks from the beach. Our unit is 3 bed/2.5 bath - living area, kitchen area, and laundry room down stairs and bedrooms upstairs. Small side yard with lounge furniture as well. Back unit is occupied by my brother and his yellow lab puppy, and I have a shepherd mix. Must love dogs - but we probably don’t have room for a third!

It also comes with parking and a home gym in one of the garages with both a Peloton Bike and a Peloton Tread.

Available bedroom is the one of the largest ones, but it can easily fit a king size bed and a desk. It also comes with a TON of closet space with an entire wall’s worth of reach in closets.

Bathroom is shared, but fully updated and extremely clean. Bedroom will be unfurnished, but common areas are completely furnished and totally gorgeous!

My name is Nicola and I co-own the home with by brother who lives in the other duplex unit. I’m 31 and work at SpaceX full time, born an raised in the South Bay so a true local.

The roommate is Tatum. She’s 24 and an engineer at a smaller aerospace startup. She’s originally from Georgia and just moved to LA this past September.

Ideally we’d love to find another girl in their twenties/thirties that we can call a good friend. We’re both working professionals in the corporate world are quite easy going! We are both in the office 5 days a week, so if you are WFH then congrats, you have the house to yourself most days!
