Hello! My recent roommate has found a job out of town and will be moving out early August. The house is in the heart of Valencia, 2 minutes from the 5-freeway, Cal-Arts, College of the Canyons, Henry Mayo Hospital, and the shopping center Granary Square. Along with that, we are blocks away from a nice park, with several paseos and bike paths nearby.

Utilities and internet are provided with the rent. The bathroom is shared, but shouldn’t ever be an issue. Has a washer/dryer as well. 2 cats live at the house so if you are allergic, this isn’t the place for you. Also cannot take any new animals, as the cats are super territorial. The house-life is laidback, everyone pretty much keeping to themselves, but am down to be friends and talk/hangout once in a while! You have complete access to the family room and living room that any roommate can use to watch tv/movies or just lounge about.
I’m looking for quiet, responsible, nice people to live with. Prefer younger than 35~.

I (29 M) live here with one roommate (26 F) and my father who is out of town for months at a time (like now). The room is without furnishings so would require you to bring a bed and whatever else you’d like.
