1 bedroom available in a 2 bed 2 br apartment in the Towers at Rincon with panoramic views of the bay. Bedroom for rent is the master with a full bath ensuite. Unit comes with a fully furnished living room and a partially furnished kitchen (I say partially because I can’t cook, so there aren’t lots of cooking tools). Kitchen has a dishwasher and a combo microwave / convection oven, as well as a Nespresso which can be used on a BYOP (bring your own pods) basis. Bedroom comes with a queen bed and mattress (if you want it), and blackout curtains on the window.

Important: I have a cat (Mickey), so please be sure you’re not allergic! The building allows 2 pets per unit so feel free to bring your cat or dog if you have one.

Laundry is in the basement and is very convenient, actually. Parking is available in the garage, and bike storage is free down there. Lobby has 24/7 concierge and package delivery service. Building is walking distance to just about every type of restaurant, and & < 10 minute bike ride to CalTrain.
