My partner and I are looking for one roommate to join our Berkeley bungalow in the most amazing location! Our home is just two blocks from all things Tennyson and Berkeley Park.

Move-in as early as May 1, 2024.

*Month-to-month flexible lease, option forlonger-term (10 + months preferred)

Monthly rent is $1,350 plus utilities (utilities are split evenly 3 ways)

Rental includes: Primary bedroom, walk-in closet, and Private Bathroom

The Home: The room available is the downstairs primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite (private) bathroom. Our home is a 4 bed 2 bath home. The primary bedroom is situated next to a living area and wet bar/ fridge area and this will allow for you to have an added living space should you WFH/ desire additional privacy on the downstairs floor.

The entire home is fully furnished, the open room for rent (primary bedroom) is unfurnished.

We have a gated side yard that is also fully furnished, fire pit included.

Rent is $1,350 per month plus utilities which are split between all roommates (average about $120/ month total for Xfinity high speed internet), Apple TV, Ring doorbell, water, compost, electricity, and lawn services). Bonus is a fully edible vegetable garden and well cared for plants :)

The Neighborhood:

-Tennyson Street: We are two short blocks from all that Tennyson has to offer! Walk to all the wellness/workout studios, shops, coffee shops, breweries, and some of the best restaurants in Denver including… Bakery Four, Huckleberry,The Oriental Theatre, Hey Kiddo (fun rooftop!), Vital Root, Ohana Yoga, Alchemy Fitness, Corepower Yoga, Devil’s Cup Coffee, Call to Arms Brewery, Mas Kaos, Sushi Co, Vin Rouge Wine Bar, many local coffee shops.. and much much more!

-Berkeley Lake Park: another two blocks from the home! Complete with tennis courts and an off leash dog park. The perfect place to go for a run, walk, or bike around the lake.

-Just a quick walk/ drive to multiple grocery stores and fitness centers including Natural Grocers, 24 hour fitness, Sprouts, and many more.

-Easy access to I-70, Sheridan, I-25 and other major roads/highways

The Roommates: We’re a couple in our early 30s. We both have full-time work/graduate school hours and keep the home clean & calm. We have a 5 year old rescue dog (boxer mix) and we aren’t able to accommodate any other pets/animals in the home at this time.

We love all things Colorado: being active/outdoors, hiking, camping, yoga, Denver food scene, live music, hot springs etc. We have a good group of Denver friends but socialize mostly outside the house to respect roommate boundaries/work schedules so the home is mellow/quiet. We also travel often and in the past our roommate has helped with dogsitting (which we compensate of course)- this is completely optional but a win for all parties if you’re interested!

We clean up after ourselves and share cleaning common areas.
