I’m a single 32 year old professional female. I work in Houston as graphic designer M-f all day. I have a 3 year old mini Schnauzer neutered. The house is one story, 2,000 square feet big backyard. House is 3 bedroom 2 bath, dining, kitchen with gas stove, new appliances, granite countertops, a sunroom, huge living room, & fireplace. I have 2 bedrooms available. If you just want the one room it’s $700. We will split utilities evenly and lawn care. I’m just moving in myself February 1. The house has been re painted, deep professionally cleaned, fence re posted, power washed backyard, gutters replaced…in pristine condition.
