Vanessa's room

Our home has several cozy areas to enjoy an early morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You can settle down on a rocking chair on the full wrap-around porch. With the cooler weather coming we have a log firepit in the backyard or a gas fire pit on the back patio; all of which are available for use at any time. The surrounding area is extremely quiet, and the trees are beautiful in the fall. The room contains a closet, queen size bed and mattress, tv, nightstand, lamp and ceiling fan. The bathroom is located in the hallway, nobody will use it except for you. All utilities would be included and the tenant would have access to share the main level kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room.

I am an RN and am currently going back to school for my masters and have to decrease my hours at work. It is just me and my husband and 2 dogs, 1 miniature schnauzer (who tends to bark a lot until she gets to know you) and 1 mix, both dogs are small (weigh around 20Ibs) and are older (8 years). Non-smoking home.
