We have 2 rooms available for rent in our beautiful home in Grand Junction. Our home is just shy of 2,000 sq. ft. with 4 sizable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one master, one full, and one half). There is a large kitchen with brand new appliances and an abundance of countertop space and storage (perfect for everyone to have their own section in the kitchen). The house has 2 living rooms, a dining space, and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. The back yard and front yard are to die for. Our street is very quiet and we love spending evenings on the front porch watching the sun go down. The backyard has plenty of open space great for an afternoon soccer match. Each bedroom has large closets with thoughtful built-ins. There is a shared washer and dryer in the garage.

We are looking for someone who is respectful, on the quieter side (definitely not a huge party house) and doesn’t mind pitching in when it comes to upkeep like dishes. Preferably looking for female tenants and also open and welcoming to the queer community! If you are a med-student or a respectful college student feel free to apply as well!

Rent is $700 per room plus utilities. We are looking for someone who can commit to a 6-month lease but are also open to a shorter-term lease depending on the circumstance. Both rooms will be available for move-in the first week of November 2021. If you are interested in renting both rooms instead of just one let us know and we can chat about it!

My sister and I purchased this house together and have absolutely loved it! due to a job opportunity, my family and I are moving and we are opening our doors to anyone looking to make this place a home for a short period of time. My sister will still be living in the home and we are hoping to rent out 2 of the other bedrooms. She has a spunky black cat named Billie, she is at work the majority of the time, is vaccinated, and is avid about taking care of the lawn. She’s the youngest “old lady” on the block.
