I’m looking for someone to take over my lease through June 30th, 2023. Start date flexible. The person who takes over my lease would be the third roommate in our 4 bedroom/2bath house with a yard in East Denver: Montclair Neighborhood. Open to guys, gals, or nonbinary pals! Rent is $1058/month for an upstairs bedroom. Utilities come to about $50-$75 month. Off-street parking available Washer/dryer for use in basement Backyard w/pizza oven Plenty of storage in garage Bed available for bedroom on request!

Megan is a high school math teacher in APS and Krystal works at a nonprofit advocating for folks with disabilities. Our third roommate is Baker! He is a sweet, loving, rescue pup that is chill inside the house and has an unlimited amount of energy outside. He does have anxiety when meeting other dogs so it is probably best that he is the only pet in the house. No other dogs or cats.

All roommates are vaccinated and looking for someone who is also vaccinated. (It is important to us and our employers to live in a Covid aware and safe community.)
