Sunny room available, we’re looking for chill, responsible, and respectful folks who are looking for a place to call home.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a reading room, living room, kitchen, garage, backyard with a garden, plenty of storage, hot tub, and both a washer and a dryer.

The location is conveniently located near several grocery stores (Safeway, Raley’s, Trader Joes) as well as numerous restaurants in nearby shopping plazas. It’s less than 10 minutes to get to Petaluma’s small but bustling downtown, and you’d be surprised at how much nature and nightlife you can find within a 30-minute range. Our home in a serene neighborhood sits along a paved walking/cycling trail that runs from downtown along the Petaluma River to the city’s eastern limit.

The house is already furnished but we could accommodate some small furniture. The house is a mix of guys and ladies who have diverse careers, interests and hobbies.

Rent does not include your share of our high-speed internet (~$20/month to a current long-term occupant/account-holder) & PG&E’s utilities ($50-$70/month to landlord).

The survey has been a big help in finding great roommates, please visit and fill out. We are only considering candidates who have completed it. Additional photos available on request, and tours may be possible with COVID precautions.

We are quiet but social and take pride in being drama-free. There is a nice balance between chatting and hanging (periodic BBQs, group breakfasts, etc.) while keeping to ourselves. We have varying degrees of skill in the kitchen: some of us count our blessings after making basic dinners, others may surprise you with freshly made banana bread, and you may wake up to the aroma of french toast or waffles dripping with maple syrup. That said, we do not smoke indoors here and prefer no strong smells such as incense.
