There are outlets every few feet around the room for all your equipment, and it can fit a cozy king OR a comfy queen bed with extra furniture (desk, accent chair, etc). The window is huge — 5 feet across with a deep ledge, perfect for a reading nook — and the room also has an HVAC unit with a remote and personal thermostat to keep your space at the perfect temperature. No sweltering summers over here! Best of all, this room comes with a large closet with built-in shelves for all your belongings — super rare find in the city.

The apartment itself has with high ceilings, massive casement windows, and a shared double-door balcony to enjoy the fresh air. All of the rooms are on opposite ends so you’ll have plenty of privacy. The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances, including an electric range oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator — and you’re welcome to use any of our cooking tools.
