About the room

Posting again for higher traffic internet time :) Hello everyone! I have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house coming available in early November. The house is currently undergoing renovations, but is projected to be ready November 1st. All 5 bedrooms are available for rent, with the master bedroom and one of the bedrooms ($875) being for short-term leases.

  • Very central location; ~10 minutes from downtown! large house at 2500 sqft, two living and dining rooms and spacious rooms
  • backyard overlooks the San Diego skyline
  • sorry no pets ):
  • water partially covered by landlard (up to $175) and trash by landlord, not included: Wifi and SDGE
  • will likely come with one dining room and living room furnished
  • free to use additional living/dining spaces, can either help furnish or make into office spaces for those working/studying from home
  • master bedroom and private bath $1350-$1450 depending on single or double occupant, (no couples sorry!)
  • other rooms ranging from $850-$950
  • all full bathrooms are near the bedrooms, so 2 people sharing a bathroom max
  • preference is being given to undergrad, graduate students and young professionals age 22-30, female identifying and/or LGBT+.
  • Lots of parking as there is parking on the side of the house, a 2 car garage and street parking

address that can be used for commuting (elementary school near the house) 981 Valencia Parkway

Please let me know if you have additional questions.

About the roomies

Looking to fill the whole house so will be trying to find roommates who all get along well. My roommate and I will be moving in February (hence the short leases for some of the rooms). We like to keep our spaces tidy and welcoming so that coming home feels like coming home. Partying/going out is fun once in a while but we make sure to get things as necessary and have really laid low during the pandemic.
