There is a bus stop right across the street heading to government square downtown. Driveway and garage, laundry, Fioptics 500 Mbps internet, remote access security cameras, porch with a nice view of the Paul Brown/Paycor stadium area. 1 dog currently in the house. Some children rarely visit.

We are looking for a long-term roommate. Single occupancy. Utilities are a flat rate of $120/month.

The room is currently furnished in a unique Egyptian style. The bed is queen sized. There is one window. Two layers of blackout curtains make the room ideal for someone who sleeps during the day. The room can be unfurnished if you prefer.

There will be some construction within the next couple of months when a stairwell is built from the dining room to the upper floor.
