Northeast 29th Street

The icon bay is a beautiful condo, located in Edgewater, you’re close to Wynnewood Midtown the design district and 15 minutes from Miami international airport. The room has a queen size bed a closet and the bathroom is attached. There is a small desk in the room and a couple nightstands. Looking for a one year lease, must be approved by the condo association. I would say the only negative in the building or that you wouldn’t have a parking space and the walls are paper thin, so noise has to be kept to a minimum at night or in the early mornings as to not disturb neighbors But on the bright side I’m very unbothered by noise, I can sleep through anything. The unit also has its own private elevator entrance and entryway which is nice.

I am a female, 40 years old and a private chef, I travel for work and I have a small dog named captain sprinkles who is the love of my life. He’s quiet not a barker and extremely friendly, never bitten anyone. My job is high energy and I’m moving constantly, so when I’m home I pretty much sleep and watch Netflix,not into small talk.
