Please “NO Pets”. Single person “only” wanted, Studio room/Guesthouse is NOT large enough (285 sq. feet) for a couple, and/or parent with a child. The Studio room/Guesthouse is located behind the main house, very large backyard, the room is very spacious, with its own bathroom/toilet, shower stall, with a small vanity sink & mirror.
