Maritime Way

The room available is a top floor room in our Richmond Marina town home. This room is complete with its own private bathroom and shower/tub. It has large windows which let in lots of blue sky, sunlight and green leaves from the lining trees. It is the second bedroom on the third floor and the room shares a landing with my room. Along with your room you have full access to the second floor of the house (common space) as well as use of the washer and dryer on the first floor - no more laundromats!

As I mentioned the second floor is common space. It features an open layout music room, full spacious kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, bookshelves, dining table and TV space complete with gaming system and nice HD television.

Parking is available in the complex. It is safe and secure, being directly next to the police station. It is quiet and peaceful but has easy access to BART and freeways. Within walking distance of restaurants, brewery, coffee shops, and the Bay Area Trail which runs along the water all the way down to Emeryville.

We are looking for someone respectful and responsible to take the space. You would be living with 2 guys and one girl, all older students or working professionals - so likeminded folks are preferred. There is one cat in the household and would be open to no more pets other than maybe smaller caged animals. Utilities are not included in the rent, but average about $100 monthly. Basic responsibilities should be shared - essentially please just clean up after yourself. Prefer no smoking/drinking.
