Conan's room

My house is located walking distance to the hospital and Downtown. You’ll have the spare room which is right next to the guest bath. It’s a split floorplan so you’ll have some privacy in your part of the house. You’ll have full access to the house that has a fully stocked kitchen and an office with a TV. Some perks - high speed wifi, security system, off-street parking, and room for storage. Small dogs and dog friendly cats are welcome. Full deposit required to reserve the room.

I am an English teacher and grad student. I mostly keep to myself and I’ll have friends over every now and then for a BBQ/game night. I live with my pug, and a cat, both super friendly.
