BACKGROUND: Our roommate is moving out and we are looking for a clean, respectful roommate to finish out the remainder of our lease through November 30, 2018. Move in date would be on or after February 1st. This is for the second bedroom in our unit, which has a common bathroom shared with one other roommate and its own closet. 1 month security deposit ($1,675) due up front.

ABOUT YOU: Fully employed and financially stable Male or Female – mid/late 20s (30s fine too as long as personalities mix well) preferred Clean, considerate, respectful Non-smoker No pets

ABOUT US: We are two mid-twenties. male professionals in private equity and banking working long hours, but love to cook meals, go out to explore this amazing city, and even have the occasional spontaneous global travel together (roommate number 2 is from Spain). We’re extremely chill guys and really looking for a solid fit to add even more life into this great group of individuals.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The apartment is probably one of the best in the city and we feel extremely lucky to have it (the balcony will literally leave you breathless as it does for me every morning). The unit features large common areas, including spectacular views of the Hudson River. The available room for rent is the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom (flex 3), 2 bathroom apartment in Midtown West. The bedroom has plenty of room for a queen-sized bed, desk, and has its own closet. Rent is $1,675 plus utilities (electric, cable & internet), which are usually under $75 per person. Common areas are furnished but we are open to re-decorating the living space if you have your own furniture. The room for rent is unfurnished.
