Hi everyone! One of my roommates just moved out so my other roommate and I are looking for a replacement. You would be sharing a bedroom for 9 weeks with a girl named Destiny while she finishes her internship and then you would have your own room after she leaves or could get another roommate too if you are looking to cut down on costs. While sharing a room rent would be $575 plus utilities, once a private room rent would be $1150 plus utilities. If need be we would be open Destiny moving into my room so you would have a private room right from the start. The lease would end August 28th 2022. If you plan to not stay as long we are open to you subleasing as well to leave earlier, but ideally are hoping to have someone cosign the lease with us so we are all protected.

Destiny is a super sweet recent college grad doing an internship at a wildlife rehabilitation and rescue facility in Calabasas. She loves Disney , animals, hiking, yummy food, dancing, laughing, and is overall just big, bubbly, goofball who loves God. She instantly became my friend when I met her so I know you will love her too! My name is Amber I am 24 and am a Receptionist at Pepperdine University (so am basically Pam from the Office 🤪) I too love all things Disney and Harry Potter and enjoy hiking, baking, singing, dancing, writing and going to the beach. I am always down for a movie or game night. Long story short we both enjoy meeting and connecting with new people and look forward to possibly rooming with you! This is in woodlands hills.
