• Two bathrooms, living room, dining room, office space, backyard with growing beds, fire pit, and grill. Laundry (washer\dryer) in basement (app operated).

The Long version about the house: Chateau Aldie is a lovely turn of the last century house with us occupying the top two floors of three. There is a large living room and dining room as well as two bathrooms (with a tub/shower combo and one with only a shower). Common areas are a dining room, living room and a small little office and storage place. There is a backyard that has some growing beds as well as a fire pit/grill and tables and benches (see attached pictures). The landlords are pretty good about fixing anything that might break and we are allowed to paint rooms and install hardware on the walls. We have access to the basement which isn’t finished but it serves as a little workshop and gym corner.

Room available: 1st floor bedroom with a closet with space for a queen bed,desk, dresser. (see photos, furniture is optional) Can come furnished if preferred (see photos)

House Living: We tend to share cleaning duties and are proactive so rather not resort to enforced cleaning duties. The cat roams around the house at will with being mostly indoors but will go outside at times. Extra perks in the house are access to an espresso machine with communal coffee, two fridges, communal pots and pans. Tend to be pretty low-key on the weekends with large dinner parties and gatherings occurring every now and then (with pref. vaxed people). Bonus points if you made it this far and can tell us your favorite color.
