This listing is for 1 bedroom in a 4bed-3bath house, all utilities included. The bedroom is 14.5“x12’ with an open closet. The room is unfurnished. Just outside the room is your bathroom and kitchen, which would both be shared with one other person. Also outside your room is a common area with an 82“ 4k SmartTV and a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy.

There is ample parking in the driveway or along both streets (it’s a corner house). Smoking and drug free, common areas meticulously cleaned by the owner every 2 weeks, comfortably air conditioned year-round. Located in a quiet neighborhood right off of Route 7 just 1 mile from the nearby Costco, shopping center, and community college campus. These can also be reached by foot/bike by walking through the new nearby neighborhood development.

Only one resident is allowed per room, temporary guests are allowed. You may not bring your own pets. Exceptions may be made for small fish/reptiles/etc that produce no noise or odor and can be kept within your bedroom. I have a small, hypoallergenic dog that is quiet, friendly, and housebroken.

There will be 3 other people living in the property (2 guys/1 girl), all in their 20’s. I can personally vouch for my friend and I as being quiet and considerate roommates, though it feels a bit awkward to say that about myself. Our 3rd resident is very nice and quiet as well. I work remotely and will usually be in the upper kitchen, the office, or the gym. My friend commutes to work 5 days a week and is a real whiz on the piano.
