Penny's room

I am in a villa, 1st floor. Only 2 stories. Safe neighborhood. 5 to 10 minutes downtown Delray Beach and The night life. Also, the beach! Lots of shopping, new restaurants and the place to be! Looking for a responsible female, everything is included! All you need are your clothes, and towels, and a bed. The room has two closets and your own bathroom. We do have a w/d. The rest of the home does have furniture but can be changed around. Over 55 community. Villa is about 1600 sq. ft. with a enclosed patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a split floor plan. Private. Any questions feel free to just ask.
