About the room
Our house is located in Broomfield which is a great halfway point between Boulder and Denver! We’re right next to a lot of parks as well as Broomfield Commons and we have a decently sized backyard as well! The house is two levels with an onsight laundry room, and oven, a dishwasher, and plenty of storage! We even turned one of the sheds in the backyard into a gym when things locked down for Covid. You’ll be moving into a large room adjacent to a shared bathroom with a window facing the backyard!
About the roomies
My buddy Evan and I are two professionals in their mid-late twenties. Our friend Joe just moved out to San Diego, but we love the area we are in and the house is a good spot so we are looking for another roommate to take Evan’s room! I work in Denver at a lab and Evan works in Boulder doing the same. When we are not working we like hanging out with friends, grabbing a drink, playing video games, going to the gym, or getting out in the Colorado open air.
