Marni's room

I live in a HOA. My unit is on the end overlooking protected green space. The space for rent includes furnished very large bedroom, en-suite, small walking closet and your own living room. Large deck access off bedroom. Shared space would be kitchen and laundry area. I have a extra refrigerator in the garage for your use. Also the decor is my fathers. You are free to decorate anyway you desire including painting but I would need to approve the colors. I want you to feel like this space is yours! This is a 3 room large living space and very private. Stair to the space right by front door going down.

I am a nurse and I work 12 hour days shift. On days off I usually spend with family, binge watching a good series, or working on my side biz. This unit is 3 stories with me on the 3rd floor and space for rent on 1st floor. We meet in the middle on the main floor.
