Remz's room

I am posting this ad for my boyfriend. He is the owner of the house and I do not reside there. He is a nice guy and has many male and female roommates in the past. Room for rent available now. Its is unfurnished. There are 2 rooms available. The house inside is neat and clean, you must be clean in the shared spaces or it will not work. Prefer no couples, sorry. It is 3 miles away from the Brave stadium and the location is very accessible to 6 groceries stores. 2 miles away from publix, krogers, farmers market, etc. Its a quite neighborhood and safe. Its a 5/3, no one shares a wall and nor anyone upstairs is above each other. It has a nice game room and pool as well. Washer and dryer of course.

Just only one person who living in the house which is the owner. If you live in this house you all feel free to use anything or some areas like living room, kitchen and etc.
