I’m looking for the right person to rent my 3rd bedroom out to (fully furnished if they like) I prefer a lesbian or gay guy (similar lifestyle is easier to live together), strong work history, no full time kids, clean, respectful and willing to share cleaning of common areas we will share (bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining room) Rent is $750 (super cheap to live in the Art Museum area) including all utilities and amenities (that includes central air, WiFi, in house laundry, dishwasher & central air & more). The bedroom has a walk in closet & currents houses a queen size bed, tv and night stands comfortably.

I am a working professional and the only person living in the space. I prefer a professional lesbian or gay guy to share my space with. I love to cook, anything outdoors. I do not smoke or have pets. I entertain friends twice per month, run a clean and organized home and it’s super important to to me find a roommate that share these values.
