Within a few miles to Redondo Beach. Centrally located to great restaurants, health clubs, theaters and the Del Amo Mall. Groceries stores to include Trader Joe' s, Whole Foods, Ralphs and Torrance Farmers Market. Close to LAX, 405 and 110 Freeways.

Ideal roommate is someone who is busy and just needs a quiet, private place to come home to and chill after a long day. The furnished master suite is quite large, 12 feet x 17 feet, new grommet window panels, large closet with hardwood floors and beautiful new rug. Large armoire with TV/Cable, nightstands, small loveseat, small fridge, microwave and keurig. Small bathroom with shower (no tub).
