You can use kitchen “IF” you keep it clean. If you leave the stove greasy or if you leave dishes in the sink your kitchen privileges will be revoked. And you must clean up the kitchen and bathroom after each use. The child in the picture is my grand daughter who visits a couple times a year, but no other children are allowed on the property. People range from 5’2“ 140 pounds the tallest is 6’2“ 210 lbs. Larger, mor slpicifcally rounder people will not fit the toilet area, which is very small. Years ago a large person turned the toilet at an angle to fit… the toilet has been repaired and to our embarrASSing knowledge, large people do not fit. We are clean organized people. Daily showers and washing bed sheets weekly is required to keep our house smelling fresh. No hoarders or those addicted to shopoing, Amazon boxes arriving daily will cause a storage problem. Those who travel light or have a minimalist mind set will fit better. If you need a uhaul van to move your things this is not the place for you. Your trunk and back seat sound like a good amount. NO pets except owners out door cat. If you want a pet exception for a pet you’ved owned many years (4 to 6 years) we can discuss that while meeting the pet at the interview.

Basically everyone lives their own life, and doesn’t bother each other, with different job schedules they hardly see each other.
