Brandy's room

Private bedroom and bathroom, may use common areas such as kitchen, living room, atrium, dining room. No smoking of any kind in the house. Outdoor area on covered patio is the smoking area. Cigarettes, pot, vaping.

Only one roommate, owner of the property. no other roommates. I also have a dog and cat’s. So sorry no more pet’s. Also room is fully furnished so no room for more furniture. Room had new Bliss pillow top standard size mattress. Large chest of drawers, large dresser, desk and chair, and medium sized refrigerator and freezer. Sorry no couple’s or children the room is only 10’ x 12’ also has overhead fan and double closet. Room has central heating and air.
