I am a single Certified assistant working in a doctor’s office. I haveachild. will have the room available on April first. I am looking for a responsible female, I am not strict about pretty much anything just not loud visitors. Unfortunately no dogs allowed because that would increase my rent and a deposit of $300. as long as the kitchen is clean and you pay the rent on time we would be ok. I have washer and dryer in the apartment. I have no roommates is just me in a two bedrooms apartment. I am pretty laid back and get along with people pretty easily. you would have access to the kitchen and laundry. I just got separated and need someone to split the expenses.
