9th Avenue Southeast

Location: Close to dinkytown. >5 min walk to 4 and 2 buses. Campus connector nearby. Highway access nearby. Train is super close (not light rail) so that’s a bit loud during the day. House: One bathroom that’s shared. It’s a duplex house, we’re sublevel (halfway underground). There’s shared on site laundry but we have the laundry key and pay the electric for the laundry and ‘commons’. Kitchen: We have a dishwasher, air frier, microwave, double toaster, mini fridge for alcohol, and a very open kitchen.

• Lease is up in June 2022 and we’re planning to move to another state then, so not planning to stay longer than that.

Two enby nerds (they/them 22y/o, he/they transitioning 23y/o) who like to play video games and drink. Looking for someone in their 20s preferred. No one over 30. Cosplayers, gamers, not really religious, artists, ya know the standard gay stuff. Prefer someone LGBTQ. No smoking indoors, but friendly. Pets: one cat, shes super friendly and acts more like a dog. Litter box in bedroom. One leopard gecko. We’re open to exotic pets and landlord is super chill about animals, though we might be iffy on loud pets(like birds). Sorry, no dogs just because my cat has been injured by one in the past and hasn’t reacted well to them since.
