About the room

SHORT TERM RENTAL, PLEASE READ FIRST I will be renting out the largest room in my 2 bedroom apartment. I work often however I will be sleeping in the living room.
Your room: largest room in the house, has a closet, and large windows.
The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are spacious and have large windows as well.
Utilities are shared and include gas, electric, and internet. They are not super pricey.
CONS: there is only street parking. If you know the area, downtown Long Beach has rough parking after 5pm. It’s not impossible but does take some time especially if you work at night.
About the roomies
My name is Christina. 23 year old female, work full time and full time student. On my free time, I enjoy being active, relaxing at home, and cooking. I have a cat named Nutmeg. My other roommate is Grace. She works full time and is also a quiet and respectful roommate.
