North Mozart Street

Looking for a short term sub-letter for my renovated garden unit. The room is private and has a closet, plus storage space in the back room. There is a good sized yard, an extra large stovetop, updated fixtures, and all utilities including internet are included in the rent price. The apartment is a fifteen minute walk or a short bus ride to the California blue line, and four minutes from the North Ave bus. It’s a short walk to the grocery store and many other amenities, including laundry. I am a full time student and full time employee. I am clean and keep to myself. I leave early in the morning for work, so it probably won’t interfere with bathroom time. No smoking (cigarettes) inside. Greens are okay.
