Nicollet Avenue South

The bedroom is approx. 12’x10’ with a large window. The whole unit has 10’ ceilings so it feels very open There’s a full bath across the hall from the bedroom which the roommate would have to themselves with the exception of the washer/dryer in that bathroom. The unit is a corner unit with large windows and tons of natural light. There’s also a large balcony facing East. Everything is furnished except the spare bedroom. Rent would include all utilities: water, electric, heat, internet etc. No cable but the internet is fast and reliable. The bus stop for the 18 is right outside the front door and takes you directly downtown. The YMCA is very close. Parking is on the street but I’ve never had anyone have to park more than a block away from the front door. It’s a 10 min bike ride to the Bde Maka Ska lake and park and just blocks from great restaurants like Revival and Hola Arepa.

It’s just me and my cat here. I’m a 31 yo woman. I work from home most of the week so I’m here quite a bit. The tv tends to be on more than not, mostly for background noise. When I’m not working, I’m reading, quilting, watching tv, or going to hang out with a friend. My cat Penny is very friendly to people. Not so much to other animals.
