Nice size room with private bath. I am one block from the Topanga Westfield Mall and The Village! My unit is right next to pool, gym, laundry room, and mailbox (other amenities included). I will be asking for a $45 credit check and application. Deadline for asked information will be January 16th and I will make a decision on a roommate on January 17th.
