Nice neighborhood, newly empty nested and looking for a responsible, quiet adult to share the house with. You will have a suite and TV area, access to kitchen and laundry and all of the neighborhood amenities. Prefer to rent the room furnished, prefer month to month arrangement. No kids and no pets please.

I am a single woman with a very busy schedule. Rarely home and when I am, i like to cook and play music. I have my own tv area upstairs.
