Hello,

I’m looking to do a short term sublease for the third bedroom in a newly built home just a mile from Olde Town Arvada center which has some great restaurants, bars and shopping. The Ralston Creek Trail (bike and pedestrian) is an extremely short walk from the house which also leads to Olde Town and other neighborhoods. Two of the bedrooms share one upstairs bathroom, and there is another half bath downstairs. There is a garage for some storage (no parking) and a large basement great for working out/more storage. Utilities (other than water) are split evenly among the house (internet, heat, electricity, trash) which total about $50 to $75 per person per month depending on the month. The yard is irrigated and maintained by a landscaper. The term of the lease would be 12 months.

Roommates are one male mid thirties and one female mid twenties (not a couple), who have lived in the house for about 6 years. We’re laid back but are very clean and like to keep a tidy house which is important to us! Love the outdoors and often out in the mountains on weekends!
