This furnished bedroom is located on the first floor. The first floor contains the master bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom.

This home is located in the beautiful Southern part of Freeport, Long Island. A very convenient location for shopping, supermarkets, pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, entertainment, beaches, and more. Freeport’s famous Nautical Mile is only a 10-minute walk away and the LIRR station is only a 15-minute walk and a 45-minute ride to Penn Station.

This home will be shared with owner and another tenant (on separate floors). The kitchen and half bathroom will be shared. Seeking individuals who are fully vaccinated from COVID, non-smokers who will be clean, courteous, and respectful to roommates and the space. No pets/animals.
