About the room
The room comes with a standing fan and twin bed. It has black out curtains. Live in a gated complex and have a pool. Have lots of living room sitting and smart tv with streaming services. Shared fridge and panty space. Shared bathroom but only when guest come over otherwise I do not use it. Also have washer and dryer in the house for uses. The room is not huge.
About the roomies
I am very friendly and love animals. I have a service dog and a cat at this time. I do board dogs and cats so pets do come in and out at times. I like to have set rules but and open for discussion.
