Apartment Specs: Electric and heat is through Georgia Power Remaining utilities are through Georgia Umc Cable and Internet are bundled in with rent and our property uses Xfinity. Second floor apartment, with balcony. I do have a washer and dryer, they are older but they still work and you would be welcome to use them anytime! Apartment is 1580 sq feet, so you have plenty of room for yourself! The spare room’s bathroom is also the guest bathroom as well.

Room can come semi furnished with bed, tv and nightstand.

Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m 25 years old. I am engaged to my lovely Fiancé Micah. Micah does live with me. We have very sweet long haired cat, named Lucy. I am self employed, and Micah works for a moving company. I am home most days, but Micah works 5 to 6 days a week.
