I’m looking to rent out a bedroom in a two bedroom apartment from march 1st to august 31st. The apartment is located in the heart of boystown. Walking distance to a lot Restaurants, Bars, grocery stores, gyms and bus/cta. The best thing about this apartment is for sure the huge outside space, beautiful balcony and tarrace with a firepit, tables and lots of seating space to grill, relax and enjoy the weather in the summer. Washer and dryer are located in the basement as well as additional storage space and a bike room. I am looking for someone who is easy going just as me ;)
