Ideally, looking for a 12 month agreement but may be willing to consider a 6 month agreement.

The Room: Unfurnished room for rent features a massive wall-length double door closet and hardwood flooring. The bathroom is right across from the room for rent and comes with a bathtub and shower duo.

The bathroom: Shower/bath combination bathroom directly across from your bedroom. Generous counter space and shelving.

The Apartment: Slightly furnished apartment (chair and a couch left over from previous tenants). If you have common area furniture you’d like to bring, please keep in mind that this is a dog-friendly apartment. Otherwise, I’m hoping to furnish the common area over the next few months. There is some additional storage space in the common area that is shared. Lots of space in the kitchen as well. There’s also a covered small outdoor balcony waiting to be enjoyed :)

About me: I’m a 32 year old female currently finishing up my Pepperdine MBA graduate degree while working full time from home - I work mostly from my room but I do work a little in common area throughout the week. Professionally, I’m an ecommerce manager in the fashion and beauty. Personally, I’m an early riser and generally low-key - I spend most of my free time taking my dog out and about, going on hikes, and relaxing with friends!

About Nugget: I have a 1 year old (over-sized) Dalmatian that will be in the shared common area at times. He’s incredibly sweet, doesn’t bark a lot, is house trained, and is still learning!
