Furnished room in a fully furnished house. Access to a home gym, 65-inch smart TV, washer/dryer, updated kitchen, updated personal bathroom, queen bed, shared shower, lots of storage room, heating and air conditioning, and a large yard with a hammock. Safe and quiet neighborhood, clean and well-kept house, ample street parking, easy access to nearby shops and restaurants, right next to the 95, 695, BWI, and UMBC. House is currently occupied by one person, though a friend will be moving into another spare room within the next couple months.

No drugs, no smoking, no cats, dogs are okay if they’re house-trained and friendly. Owner handles water, renter handles 1/3 of electric, gas, heating, and Internet bills (usually comes out to around $180/month total, so you’d handle around $60). Having guests and friends over is fine in moderation, but you’re responsible for cleaning up after them; everyone is expected to keep their areas clean and do their own dishes. Groceries and food costs are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Owner is a young, laid-back professional that’s currently weathering a complex employment situation, but has a job with stable income. The other person that will be moving in within the next couple months is a young professional who tends to keep to himself; you would share a shower with him, but you would still have access to a toilet whenever needed, either via that bathroom or the extra one in the basement.
