House is kept extremely clean, no pets inside house. Currently, I have another renter in house, he is working on his master program and is very good and clean. The other 2 people are myself and 10 year old son. House is in a nice and safe part of Riverside near downtown Fort Worth. Close to restaurants and public transportation. Everyone in house is friendly and easy going, we do like keeping things neat.
About the roomies
Myself 36 work in finance. Very active in cycling, swimming, love going out and having fun. Outgoing but respectful of people’s space.
