Michael's room

Located in Beautiful Wilmington, North Carolina. The room in fully furnished. Includes small desk and chair. Has TV with cable and Wifi. The room also has a mini fridge. The bed is queen sized and fully adjustable with remote. Private parking and full use of kitchen and laundry. The room is in a quiet townhome community. No pets as we have cats. This is not a party home which is non-smoking and drug free. Monthly rent is $800 which includes all utilities. The room will be available on March 20th.

We are a mature couple. My wife is a homemaker and I have a professional career in Supply Chain Management and do travel alot. We do have a another room which we rent to a traveling nurse who is gone most ot the time.
