Our home is located very close to the Manassas Park VRE Train Station giving you access to DC, Maryland, and other parts of Virginia. Wal-Mart and Downtown Manassas are less than 10 minutes away. We are close to Route 28 and Centreville. We are also located near many shops, fast-food, dine-in restaurants, and department stores. A few of these places are as follows: Wendy’s, Jimmy Johns, Red Robin, Longhorn Steak House, Chipotle, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, and Panera Bread are all less than (10 mins). Target, TJ Maxx, Sally’s Beauty Supply, Plato’s Closet, Hair Cuttery (10-15 mins), Manassas Mall (15 mins). We’re also close to Lotte and other diverse grocery stores!

The space is available immediately, serious inquires only. No pets allowed (allergic). Security deposit due at move-in. No smoking or drug use. No overnight guests please. Minimal kitchen usage preferred. Looking for a tidy and clean roommate!
