I own a three bedroom, three-story townhome. I live in the master and currently have another female renting out one of the rooms. I have one other bedroom available with a shared bath. I’m looking for a roommate that is in their mid-late twenties or early thirties and doesn’t have any pets or children. Utilities are included in the $950/month price. It’s in a gated community and has lots of lakes and walking paths. My home is within walking distance of the SanTan Mall and plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby.
I’m 27 and I’m a graduate from Northern Arizona University. I manage a MedSpa in Downtown Gilbert. When I’m not at work, I like to spend time with my family and friends, workout, try new restaurants and be outdoors.
