IF YOU SMOKE AT ALL THIS IS NOT THE ROOM FOR YOU>>>>> I can’t believe how many smokers think they will “just smoke outside” NO the STINK FOLLOWS YOU RIGHT IN!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NON SMOKERS ONLY!!! And how many people drink in their room? Or off the property ? Drinkers, smokers, and gamblers, usually come up short on rent money due to their habits. It’s not rules of dos or don’t it is a life style, we don’t desire those things. Some people are church goers. All tenants are single, straight, males. Who use the kitchen lightly. Four rooms shown may or may not be available. Room would be great for a person who works all day, and goes to school and is only home to sleep. Most people are at work, school or sleeping. The applicant must travel light, if everything you own fits in your car backseat ir trunk you’ll do, If you need a UHAUL to bring your stuff, this is not the place for you. We have 3x6 area for storage in garage

We have a very diverse group of Adults, Male or other age 39-70. You must accept every nationality and gender. They are full time workers and students. No bad habits or ghetto behavior. Polite, friendly and respectful, chill peaceful, we have zero tolerance for drama or hostility or Prejudice in any form. NO CHILDREN NO SMOKING. NO DRINKING NO Visitors for 30 day trial period, no over night guest, No parties (no shady visitors with face tats and criminal look or attitude welcome) if you look like you have been in prison, or act like it, or sound like it. This is probably not the place for you. This is not a recovery home. This is NOT A HOME FOR PEOPLE DOWN ON THEIR LUCK, WHO JUST NEED A FRESH START. It is a home for students who have car payments and bills and want to live inexpensively until college is complete and bills are paid off. Or for single people without much family contact due to divorce or being widowed, who just want to share expenses and save money for a few years until retirement. IF YOU’RE BUYING STUFF ON AMAZON EVERY WEEK, PROBABLY NOT for you as your room will over flow with STUFF and you will OUT grow the room. IF you are separated with kids that will visit. This is NOT for you. IF you have a pet, or intend to get a pet, this is NOT for you. There is ONE 25 year old well trained Cat that spend most time sleeping. When this pet goes there will be no other pets allowed. Must have a solid bank account, must be up to date with current rent and be able to Zelle rent payments. Reason for relocating will be reviewed. Just getting out of the military VS first time on my own ( my rules are the same as your parents), or new to the area job relocation. Probably NOT a room for kids who don’t like their parents rules. Not for social butterflies we are more like wall flowers… we all stay to ourselves, but when the days off randomly fall on the same day, an evening bar b q will happen between the roomies who have gotten to know each other. We are not looking to expand the social atmosphere, but if you and your one or two friends are as wonderful as the room mates and friends here already that would be great! If you’ve EVER BEEN IN A FIGHT OR KICKED OUT OF ANY WHERE PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE, If you have random different friends over or do on line dating this is not the place for you… ONLY WELL KNOW FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED ON THE property. If I haven’t scared you off please inquire, if i did scare you off , don’t take it personal. SAFETY and relaxation is the number one priority NOT FUN… (smiley face). A lot of fun people are kicked out of where they are living… if you’re getting kicked out please do not apply I must see bank statement that shows previous rents paid and paystub.
