North Orange Avenue

Private room in a clean townhome with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and bbq area. The outdoor laundry room is steps from the front door. We would share the parking spot, however there are 3 guest spots in the lot as well, so usually we can snag one of those or park on the street. Its a 12 unit townhome so not too big. Lots of parks and lakes within walking distance as well as restaurants, bars, salons, grocery stores and shops. I have extra furniture if you need it, Otherwise i can also clear it out and allow you to move whatever you need in. The downstairs is tile and linoleum flooring. Kitchen is kinda quaint but functional. New oven/stovetop and a dishwasher. I have the place furnished but Id be open to mutually dressing it to what we both find comfortable. I have a sweet 5 year old ginger cat named Kevin. He keeps to himself mostly and isn’t a jerk. Must be ok living with a cat. I keep his box clean daily, he isnt stinky and the place doesn’t smell like cats, thank god. Theres a half bath downstairs in the living room and a full bath upstairs. I usually keep my makeup and stuff downstairs under the sink so sharing the bathrooms shouldn’t be hard, im pretty easy going with getting ready in either one. Also we have a hall closet upstairs so i can limit clutter in the bathroom. I-4 is super close and downtown is a 5-10 minute drive. There are also bike paths all over the area here. I live close to Virginia dr and Orange in Lake Ivanhoe. We would also be right next to college park. Oh and we also have a fenced in patio downstairs. I have a couple plants outside I try to take care of, but the rain doesn’t seem to help. Will post photos soon as I can get the room cleared out. Should be available by February

Hello! I am 39 and love movies, art and music. I am currently trying to go back to school at Seminole state. I take remote classes two days a week and work for a Vintage Boutique named after Ducky dale from Pretty in Pink. I enjoy going on walks and riding my bike. I love to check out the local festivals, art walks and farmers markets. I also enjoy cooking / baking when I have the time. I used to work in the film industry and love old Hollywood noirs and mystery novels. I also enjoy swimming, and bbqs. I enjoy time out with friends, but for the most part Im a pretty chill person at home. I enjoy playing cheesy old boardgames and painting and or crafting when I can. I also try to live a healthier lifestyle, but still enjoy occasional drinks here and there. I love living near the lakes, we have 3 super close. People often paddleboard or rent kayaks at the one down the street. Its beautiful if you’re looking to catch a pretty sunset or just get out for a bit. I’d love to have a roomate who is also pretty chill and into healthier lifestyle, however you don’t have to be a saint, just no self destructive types please. Im super open minded and have lived in Atlanta, LA and Denver. I love to travel and enjoy photography as a hobby. If you think we share similar interests id love to hear from you.
