I have a private room in downtown San Jose on South 22nd Street, fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, reseeding lights, wooden floors, front porch and back yard, washer/dryer in house, Move in is rent and equal deposit, shared utilities that you pay a forth of, and it varies depending on conserving and usage.

I have two small dogs and a cat that demand love from everyone (sorry no other pets)
