About the room
It’s a three level home: bedrooms upstairs, living room, kitchen and den downstairs, plus a garage. The house has a big backyard with a fire-pit and patio. There are three bathrooms: master, shared, and guest bathroom w/o a shower.
Utilities + internet average to about $100-150 a month depending on how much water, gas, and electricity we’re using. Lawn care and repairs for broken utilities are covered by the landlords.
About the roomies
We’re siblings! My older brother (26) and I (F, 24) are both introverted Florida natives and like to keep to ourselves, but definitely don’t mind chatting and hanging out. We’re also both into video games, graduated university, and have jobs.
We’d prefer someone cleanly! Particularly me as I’ll be the one sharing the bathroom.
